The Dark Alley...

Once there was a dark alley..
He had no friends, no ally!
For darkness had him doomed..

He weeped in sadness, in fury it fumed!

For he longed for some light..
Where he would be seen,
For ages he had stayed out of sight!
For ages, in darkness, he had been..

But he never lost hope, gave up never...
He never stopped praying!
Others thought, its destiny, this coluldnt go on forever!!
In darkness, he'll continue laying..

And then the fateful day came..
The alley lost all hope, he gave up!
He left his goal, his only aim..
Cause he thought, there's no point now to brave up

But then the tables turned around!
On the dark alley, Light came!..
Alley thought, my goal I've found!..
Now, I'll never remain the same! :D

The alley was happy now!
He laughed, it joyed..
Even the big roads had to bow!
He danced, he enjoyed..

But then he came to notice of the people!..
For such judgement he wasn't ready,..
It rendered him weak, feeble!
He was accustomed to the darkness, continued, steady!

Now the people could criticize his imperfections!...
He wasn't accustomed to live amongst the living!..
They would spit, throw on, and dirty his now well lit sections...
Now retreat was not an option, so wasn't fleeing!..

The alley, was in distraught again!..
The darkness had him maimed...
For the light had given him only pain!
Now he will never remain the same! :(
